About Pyramids International Pyramids International has been established in 1993 and specialized in organizing, planning and holding all kinds of large-scale international activities, such as exhibitions, tradeshows & conferences. Pyramids International is a member of UFI (The Global Association of Exhibition Industry) and an ISO certified company. As a diversified service company, It also offer media services, digital information, consulting services, research capacity and marketing solutions.In the continuous development of its business, the company has established wide cooperation and interactive relations with the related governmental departments, trade associations, non-governmental organizations & scientific research institutes.Hence, our database, marketing capacity and business connections help our worldwide international customers do business and to succeed in reaching new markets. Challenges we need to add an easier way for the user (trader) to enter the exhibition instead of filling paper work every time. the application contains alot of sections that would confuse the user like : different session every exhibition has that happens twice a year and each session contains diffirent exhibitors an idea for the business to increase income from the exhibition and make it competitive. a way to make a better community for the users (traders) the whole application looks out dated so it need more ui improvements. Examples of bad experience here is a old home screen shot form the old application and critical issues need to be fixed the language switcher in top barit takes space from screen and user will only use it one time and maybe not at all. the exhibitions don’t have sections for exhibition sessionsits unorganized messy view and hard to say with one belongs to what. that would confuse the user to find what he needs “contact company” button in home screen and sticky to the whole screensits not the aim for application and big percentage of users won’t need that and it would be annoying to stick in all screens Solutions #1 Easier way for the user to enter without paper work app is provided with QR reader that read the code from exhibition gate and instantly send the user data to exhibitor system and create a virtual ticket to enter the exhibition until the event ends and so on the ticket will expire #2 the application contains a lot of sections that would confuse the user the app in now organized into 3 main sections (exhibitions – sessions -exhibitors) each exhibition contains couple of sessions and each session contain its exhibitors and details. in each group there is a Breadcrumbs to help the user locate himself in the application. the user now can can save sessions and exhibitors to come back any time to read its details. #3 Ideas for the business to make the market more competitive the exhibitions that apply for Defile (pyramids group) can rank differently on the app home screen according toits importance and the amount the publisher pay for. the owner can put an custom offers that related to app’s exhibitions for certain publisher (advertisement) the owner can add news related to his business Site mapping What are the stages and screens that the user goes through from the moment of entering the application. The platform features essential functions such as search, account creation, search filtering, rating and review submission, and the ability to order an agent for sample collection, effectively addressing common challenges in traditional labs. In addition to user-centric features, Thalili incorporates an administrative website, enabling efficient system management, order monitoring, and lab rating oversight. Thalili is a testament to our commitment to developing a user-friendly, efficient, and technologically advanced solution for the medical analysis domain. How it Works ? Thalili is a standalone system that involves three key actors: Admin, Lab Owner, and User. User Responsibilities: Selecting analyses from specific labs and placing orders. Ordering agents for sample collection. Lab Owner Responsibilities: Modifying their own analysis. Viewing all requests made to their lab. Dispatching an agent/nurse for each order to collect samples. Admin (Thalili Team) Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing labs. Monitoring all orders. Viewing comprehensive information on users and labs.
